Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By registering on STEMTRADER to access the platform, the user or student automatically accepts the terms and conditions applicable to students or users, as well as the terms related to the use of STEMTRADER. If you do not accept these terms, we recommend that you do not register on STEMTRADER or that you delete your user or student account.
Student Access to STEMTRADER: Students can access STEMTRADER after opening an account and providing the required information. This registration process involves the student completing a registration and verifying their identity or status as a user right on Stemtrader.com. Once this process is completed, the user or student will be able to access the tools and resources offered by STEMTRADER.
Terms of Access and Use: The terms for students allow them to open an account through which they will be able to access the material published on STEMTRADER. This material may be available for free, if so determined by STEMTRADER, or through a corresponding payment. However, access to educational material, whether free or paid, does not grant the student or user the right to reproduce the material under any circumstances, or to carry out activities related to the reproduction, commercialization or resale of the material published on STEMTRADER.
Rights over Published Material: The student does not have exclusive rights over the material published on STEMTRADER, even if he or she has paid to access said material. In other words, the student does not have the right to reproduce, distribute, commercialize or display the educational material through any means, whether digital or physical, as this would violate the copyright of the material published on STEMTRADER.
Reservation of Rights: STEMTRADER reserves the right to close the account of a student or user, either by its own decision or for several reasons:
A. In case of violation or misuse of the educational material published on STEMTRADER.
B. Inappropriate use of the STEMTRADER platform, i.e. outside the learning and study parameters offered by the platform.
C. If the quality of the services offered by STEMTRADER is put at risk.
D. Detection of any type of fraud or misconduct by a student or user.
Liability for Damages: Any damage caused to the physical, intellectual or digital property of STEMTRADER by a user or student will be sufficient reason to file a lawsuit and request compensation for damages under the competent law, as detailed in the Terms of Agreement. This agreement and its terms will be enforced under the law of the State of Texas, United States.
Protection Against Illegal Reproduction: We are firmly against illicit reproduction, plagiarism or piracy of any educational material. Therefore, we ask users to inform us as soon as possible if they suspect plagiarism or copyright infringement.
Payment Methods: Students may make a payment to access material published on STEMTRADER, if such material is not available for free. Payments must be made only through STEMTRADER.com and the payment platform used on the website. There is no other way to pay for educational material offered on STEMTRADER.
Access to Paid Material: Students or users who make a payment for material offered by STEMTRADER will maintain access to said material until it is deleted or removed from the platform.
Prohibition of External Payments: Users or students must not make payments outside the STEMTRADER platform to acquire educational material. Sales agents, executives or affiliates of STEMTRADER are not authorized to receive payments for offering access to STEMTRADER educational material.
Fraud Prevention: STEMTRADER will monitor any fraud attempts related to illicit payments on behalf of the platform. If you, as a user or student, are asked to make a payment outside the STEMTRADER platform to access educational material, we ask that you do not make any payment and that you contact a STEMTRADER representative as soon as possible. Removal of Material: STEMTRADER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any course, material or comment posted by a user, instructor or student, if it considers that such content does not comply with the established requirements and the code of conduct of the STEMTRADER platform.
